Attack of the Pirate Experience
Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute and/or vary advertised routes, prices, departure times and locations without notice if considered necessary for the safety and welfare of the tall ship, its passengers and crew. However, reasonable effort will be made to maintain arrangements as advertised. Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by a passenger as a result.
The Master of the tall ship reserves the right to refuse entry of a passenger onto the tall ship and to require a passenger to disembark the tall ship in the Master's discretion.
Offensive behaviour will not be accepted. This includes passengers that behave in any way that interrupts the enjoyment of the experience for other people. If a passenger behaves in a way that negatively impacts others, the skipper or host will:
To the extent permitted by law, Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises and its employees shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the sail.
The passenger releases Sydney Harbour Tall Ship for any claim incurred including but not limited to a claim for death bodily injury damage or loss of property during embarkation and/or disembarkation to or from the tall ship and/or at all times whilst onboard the tall ship itself, unless caused by wilful misconduct or reckless disregard of Sydney Harbour Tall Ship.
Where an agent on behalf of Sydney Harbour Tall Ship enters into a sale, booking or any other transaction then that agent shall indemnify Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises for any loss, damage or expense incurred by Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises as a result of any misrepresentation, breach of contract or act of negligence by the agent.
Passengers may be filmed/photographed during the cruise. Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises reserves the right to use or reproduce such film/photos for any purpose without notification, compensation or payment.
Terms and Conditions for Sale of Tickets
Children’s tickets are for children aged from 0 to 14 years. Children must be under constant parent/carer attention at all times
You must be at the appointed boarding destination 15minutes prior to the scheduled Attack of the Pirates experience time. The ship cannot wait for late arrivals.
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same scheduled sail date and time. Please contact the booking office to advise the name of the substituted passenger.
Bookings can only be changed up to 7 days prior to the original experience date. Tickets can only be changed by our ticket office, contactable on 02 8015 5571.
The ship will sail in wet weather - tickets will not be refunded due to rain. Bring wet weather gear if it looks like rain, it is all part of the adventure.
Cancellation of Attack of the Pirate Experiences
If weather conditions, mechanical problems or other factors cause the Master to cancel the sail, Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises will be free from liability for failing to provide a service. Customers will be issued with a gift certificate to be used within one year. No refunds will be made.
Terms and Conditions for Attack of the Pirates Gift Certificates
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and your cruise must take place within the 12 months.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but are transferable to another person.
Patrons redeeming gift certificates will receive the current inclusions offered at the date of the experience booked.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable to another date after confirmation of booking date.
Gift vouchers are non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable.
Unique Sydney Tours and Cruises is committed to the protection of your privacy. Our aim is to provide an online environment which will ensure the information you provide to us, be handled in a secure, efficient and confidential manner.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND STORE, AND HOW WILL THAT INFORMATION BE USED?
As a visitor to our site you may wish to submit personal details about yourself by an online form. The information you submit or send electronically is received by our network and stored in our database. We collect this information to provide our services to you. It enables you to participate in activities such as subscribing to e-newsletters, entering competitions and buying tickets.
In sending us an email or completing an online form, you accept that you have granted us consent to use any personal information within our organisation for the purposes we prescribe including responding to your queries, re-publishing information on our site, and compilation of our databases and research for marketing purposes.
We do not submit personal information to third parties, unless required to by law. We may use the information you provide to send you newsletters outlining news, special offers or events. In our newsletters we also have instructions as to how to unsubscribe from our mailing list if you no longer wish to be a subscriber.
We reserve the right to modify the information, collate, edit or track personal information in order to improve our services to you or if required by law. We endeavour to keep your personal information up to date and accurate. You should update your own personal information on the website. If there are any details which you may have accidentally recorded incorrectly, provide us with details of the correct information in an email, and we will endeavour to amend them within 10 business days of receiving the written request from you.
Whilst we will take all due care in protecting the security, confidentiality and privacy of the information submitted by you, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be completely free from third party interception or damage to information transmitted by email which is caused by viruses. Unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and accordingly we cannot ensure or warrant security of any information you send us or receive from us online.
